Why are trips on a weekday?

Currently, our trips take place on Thursdays, click here to be forwarded to our waiver/ registration form that has our list of dates/ times available. If weekdays are not convenient for you, there is the possibility of organizing group trips on weekends. Feel free to email us for more information: info@spearheadprojectearth.org

Can an individual volunteer or only a group?

We welcome both individuals and groups to join us for our outings. If you're coming solo, rest assured that individuals will fit right in seamlessly. For larger groups, we recommend reaching out in advance to ensure we can accommodate everyone interested.

What time is the cleanup?

The cleanup times vary due to the tides of the Delaware River, so please reference the available days & times in our waiver/ registration form here.

What should I expect on this trip?

We gather at a designated pickup point, navigate by boat to the assigned cleanup spot, and collect plastic and other waste. We enjoy our complimentary snacks before embarking on a guided walk or educational program. We then return you to the original pickup location.

Do children under 18 need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian?

Yes, children under 18 need to be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone.

Can groups larger than 10 be accommodated?

Yes! We can accommodate groups larger than 10 with advance notice.

Where is the meeting spot?

The meeting spot is at Bristol Wharf pier next to the riverfront park.
